After you finish the checkout process, a confirmation screen with your order details will appear. You’ll also get an automated confirmation e-mail letting you know we received your order.

If you’re looking to have your order shipped straight to the lucky gift recipient, we’ve got you covered! In fact, we ship directly to the gift recipient for more than half of our orders. You can easily put your details in the billing section and the gift recipient details in the shipping section.

The team at T.Ess can have your products personalised within 2-10 business days depending on the item and providing the items in stock.  Due to the different processes required for personalisation for different items, please check individual listing for the actual turnaround time.

Once the order has been dispatched, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within Sydney metro and 4-7 business days for other areas in Australia. International delivery times will vary according to the country.

We will always endeavour to do our best to make sure your items get to you in a timely and safe manner!

T.Ess will not be responsible for any postal delays that are beyond our control. This may include delays that are caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, country’s local taxes and duties and customs procedures.

Your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking may not be available with some of the standard shipping methods.

No need to worry if you’re not home when your package arrives! Our couriers will leave it in a safe place for you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue a return or a refund on personalised item, unless of course the item is faulty. Therefore, please choose carefully and check your order before putting your payment through, because we want you to be as in love with your new purchase as we are!

Doormat FAQ

We have plenty of great designs for you to choose from! After you’ve chosen a design, simply complete the text boxes with the required details that you want printed on your new doormat. It’s that easy!

We’re happy to use the font you request during checkout! If we don’t have the exact font you’re looking for, we’ll reach out to you. Otherwise, feel free to email us the font file you’d like us to use.

Your beautiful new doormat will be made to order. Our standard printing time is 5-7 business days, please also allow a 2-5 days for shipping. Bothe these time frames may be slightly longer in busy periods.

Yes, the doormat will gradually fade over time as it collects dust and experiences wear and tear. However, if it is well-maintained, it can last for a couple of years. Once we print your doormat, we apply a special clear coat to protect the ink from the elements.

Our doormats are made of natural coirs, so a little bit of shedding is normal.

Please keep your doormat away from water and the sun exposure to help it last longer. Vacuum or shake it regularly to remove loose coir. If there’s any dirt stuck on the mat, brush or shake it off. To ensure longevity of the doormat, place your doormat indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area. If you take good care of it, it will last a couple of years.

Acrylic Sneeze Guard FAQ

Our screen guards come with protective film on both sides to keep them safe during transit and handling. The films are usually clear or white in colour. To remove the film, just run your fingernail along the edge of the acrylic.

Before you start assembly, peel off the protective films from both sides of the screen and stands. The films are usually clear or white in colour. Place a cloth on a table and place the screen with the slots for the feet overhanging off the edge. Slide the feet into the sneeze screen and stand the sneeze guard up. Please be careful when inserting your feet into the screen guard. Pushing too hard may cause it to crack and break.

Yes, we offer installation of custom acrylic sneeze guards in the Sydney metro area.

Yes, please email us to book a date and time for a site measure. We service the Sydney metro area.

In most cases, we will ship out your sneeze guard within 48 hours. Most items are in stock, but due to high demand, we may need to fabricate your order once we receive it, which will take 48-72 hours. Any custom screens will take 2-4 business days to fabricate.

Yes, we are a part owner of a glazing company based in Sydney, so we can get the job done at a competitive price.

We have warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne where we manufacture sneeze guards. The product description will state where the guards are generally dispatched from, and usually it will be from the warehouse that’s closest to the destination.

Monogram FAQ

Step 1 – Pick your desired item to personalise from our shop.

Step 2 – Choose a Hot Foil Stamp colour from the available colours on our website to be stamped with. The default selection is set to Gold Hot Foil Colour.

Step 3 – Pick Font size from 26Pt or 36Pt, the commonly used size is 36Pt which is set as default selection.

Step 4 – Personalise your item by adding initials (Maximum 3 or 4 depending on item) in the text box to be Hot Foil Stamped onto the leather. Please take note that the letter type is only available in CAPITAL Times New Roman font.

Step 5 – Now that you have made your item uniquely yours, add it to your cart and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You can also use PayPal Express Checkout with just one click on our website.

Hot Foil Stamping is a process where a metallic foil is transferred to material using heat and pressure. This process can be used with or without foil to create embossed designs. Hot Foil Stamping is a great way to add a touch of luxury to your print project.

We offer embossing in a range of colours, including gold, rose gold, silver, and blind emboss. Check our listings for the colours offered.

Blank emboss means that no foil is applied to the monogram. The monogram you choose will be heat stamped into the leather without any foil.

Times New Roman and we only offer it in Capital letters.

We offer two font sizes: 24pt and 36pt

In most of our example products on our site we have monogrammed in size 36pt font.

You can get up to 2 or 4 characters embossed for free with your purchase, depending on the item. Please note that for smaller items like our luggage tags and card holders, we recommend 2 characters.

Yes, we offer free blank embossing or hot foil stamping of up to 2 or 4 letters depending on the item.

The Monogram will be placed in approximately the same position as shown on the display photo. If you need the text positioned differently, shoot us an email at contact@t-ess.com.au or leave a note during checkout and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Here at T.Ess, we use genuine leather for our products. Here are a few tips to keep your leather item looking like new:

  • To keep your monogram looking its best, avoid touching the hot stamped area, as this may remove the foil. Also, keep it away from oily substances, alcohol and rough or sharp surfaces.
  • Since leather accessories are not waterproof, the best way to keep them in good condition is to keep them dry. If they do get wet, use a soft, dry cloth to pat them dry.
  • Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth.

By following the tips above, your monogrammed leather should last for many years to come.
