Will long names look smaller?
Yes. As characters increase, the overall height reduces to fit the chosen width. Shorter names appear taller within the same width.

White MDF has a painted face with neat dark laser edges for contrast. Raw MDF is unpainted for a warm, tonal look against the plywood backing.
