2. What is personal information
In this policy, personal information means information or an opinion about an identified person, or a person who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information is true or not and whether it is recorded in a material form or not.
This can include your name and contact details, and may also include online identifiers (such as IP address and device identifiers) where that data can reasonably be linked to you.
Some types of personal information are considered sensitive information under the Privacy Act (for example, health information). We do not deliberately collect sensitive information in the ordinary operation of our personalised gifts and signage business.

3.1 Information you provide
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address
- Order and transaction details: items purchased, order notes, gift messages, and order history
- Personalisation content: names, dates, messages, designs, photos or artwork you provide for engraving, cutting or printing
- Account information: if you create an account (manage here: My Account)

- Business details: where you deal with us in a business capacity (for example, business name and business contact details)

7.3 Managing cookies and tracking

8. Sharing personal information

- Order, invoice and transaction records are generally retained for at least 5 years to meet business and tax record keeping obligations.
- Backups may retain limited information for a period after deletion as part of normal security and disaster recovery practices.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.

From 10 December 2026, there are additional Australian privacy policy transparency requirements for certain automated decision-making that significantly affects individuals and uses personal information. We will update this section further if and when those obligations apply to our use of automated systems.
